Bar Blades & Channels

Rossi was the first to design damper blades with a built-in channel for a continuous bar – an innovation that saves significant assembly time in your duct shop. No more labor attaching each blade to its square bar. This design ensures blade stability in the air current, unlike the standard floppy blades. Rossi Damper Blades are stackable to reduce shipping volume & cost (150 blades stack less than 10 inches high). Rossi U-Channels allow for hardware to be used with any size damper blade. Whether large rectangular blades or round blades you’ve cut from scrap metal in house in your duct shop, you can easily attach them to a square bar for use with all Rossi regulators and bushings.
